  • Site Manager

    PR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IS A SUCCESSFUL AND GROWING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SERVING RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CLIENTS. WE ARE SEEKING TO ADD TO OUR TEAM A SITE MANAGER WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS.
    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites
    • Coordinate subcontractors and workers to ensure quality and timely completion
    • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
    • Monitor project progress and report to management
    • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
    • Manage material deliveries and inventory
    • Resolve site issues and make decisions to keep projects on track

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • 3+ years experience in construction management
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
    • Valid driver's license
